About Amanda
Amanda Nephew’s focus is to provide personal, relational, professional coaching with insight that comes from over 15 years experience supporting change in people through development, assessments and removing barriers.
I’ve been in the mental health field since 2005 and opened Amanda Nephew Therapy Services in 2012. Before becoming a therapist, I worked as a manager who focused on people development. My goal was to bring out the best in each employee, allow for a safe place for each one to gain self awareness and help them understand possible detailers. A team, much like a family, is only as strong as the individuals it is made of.
As a coach, I see my role as coming alongside of individuals, couples and teams to enable them to tell their stories, gain self awareness, reach goals, remove barriers that cause stuckness, teach communication/conflict skills and work through transitions.
In addition, I am trained and certified in the Hogan Assessment (https://www.hoganassessments.com). The Hogan is used in 75% of Fortune 500 companies as it uses scientific research to assist in talent acquisition and talent development. Are you an individual who wants to understand yourself in a 360 manner, but in the safety of a one on one? Or, are you part of a team that needs to maximize the value and efficiency of the members? Check out the Hogan Assessment and let me help you professionally succeed.
